Retta Lucille (Frazier) Osborn of Blanchester. "Beoved wife for 60 years of Glenn Emery Osborn, dear mother of Tim (Stephanie) Osborn and Cindy Osborn, caring sister of the late Glenn Frazier, and loving grandmother of Ashleigh and Andrew Osborn. Sept. 13,2008 at age 80. She was a retired music teacher who taught at Adams Township, Greenfield McClain, Bainbridge, Jefferson Township, and Terrace Park, and completed her career at Blanchester.
