Regina Lee Keplinger, 85, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024.

She was the beloved sister of Sharon Brown and Gary (Toni) Keplinger; loving aunt and great-aunt of numerous nieces and nephews; dear sister-in-law to Patti Keplinger.

Regina was preceded in death by her parents, James and Elsie (Strong) Keplinger; brother, Jim Keplinger; brother-in-law, Jerry Brown.

The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, March 18, 2024, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fayetteville, Ohio.
