Ramona A. Whitacre, 87, of Brooksville, Florida, formerly of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on December 13, 2022.

She was the beloved mother of Shelly W. (Robert) Foote, Alex V. (Sarah) Whitacre, and Alan R. (Tamera) Whitacre; loving grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 18; dear mother-in-law to Debbie Whitacre.

Ramona was preceded in death by her son, Craig L. Whitacre; granddaughter, Caitlin Beth Whitacre; parents, Adrian Sexton and Martha L. (nee Walsh) Sexton-Allen; sister, Anita Madge Hallsted-Friedman.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on January 21, 2023, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will gather from 12pm until the time of service.

Inurnment will take place at Blanchester IOOF Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
