Ralph Walter of Pleasant Plain, Ohio. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Baumgarten) Jones. Ralph was born November 1, 1916 and died on August 2 at age 93. Ralph and Alice were married for 66 years on Valentine's Day 2010. Loving father of Andrea (Jerry) Breen, Daniel (Lynn) Jones, Craig (Cheryl) Jones. Cherished grandfather of Ann-Marie (Tim) McMullan, Derek (Brittany), Kelly, Kristen and Lauren Jones. Dear great Beepaw of Quinn and Rowan McMullan. Preceded in death by parents George C. and Gussie (nee Yeomans) Jones. Ralph went to primary school in Pleasant Plain and high school in Morrow. He served five years as an Army Officer during World War II including 16 months in the European Theater. Ralph was the first baby baptized in the Pleasant Plain Presbyterian Church and was a trustee there for many years. Ralph was a life-long farmer.
