Ralph B. Piening, Jr., age 86, passed away July 23, 2017. Preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Mary S. Piening and his wife Dorothy Condon. Survived by his sons Ralph B. (Jacoba) Piening III, Jeffrey W. (Rosemarie) Piening, David A. (Yong) Piening and Kurt A. (Kathy) Piening; grandchildren Jennifer, William, Kurt Jr., Nick, Alex, Cole and Eric; brother Tom Piening and sisters Elaine Leonard and Janet Scheuerle. Friends will be received Thursday, July 27 from 6-8 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10 AM at St. Columban Church, 894 Oakland Rd., Loveland. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
