Ralph L Ruscher of Norman, OK. Dear son of the late Richard A. Ruscher and Ora E. Suttles, caring brother of Richard (Vicky) Ruscher, David (Patricia) Ruscher, Donald Ruscher, Joe Ruscher, Diana (Wolfgang "Fritz") Grossmann, and proud uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Nov. 5, 2007 at age 58. Ralph was a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Army.
