Loving father of Randy (Pam) Blevins, Denny Blevins, Tammy (Jeff) Whitaker, Roger (Julie) Blevins and Melinda (Jimmy) Rowan. Proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Don Blevins and the late Herman, Shirley Ann and Anna Ruth Blevins. Cherished son of the late William and Marjorie (Cooper) Blevins. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Friends received at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Friday, 6 - 8 PM, where services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 10 :30 AM. Interment, Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Pastor Charles Gray and Pastor Paul Anglin will be the minister's for Ralph's services.
