Beloved husband of 11 years of Rosemary (nee Fisher) Watkins and former husband of Geneva Watkins, loving father of Vicki M. Watkins, Amy C. Watkins - Tumbleson, Janice K. (Bob) Hixson and step father of David W. (Judy) Fisher, dear grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, caring brother of Walter H. and Donald L. Watkins. Served in the US Army during WWII He was a member of DAV Chapter 63, VFW Post 3954, American Legion Post 288 and the Purple Heart Assoc.
