Phyllis J. Madix of Cincinnati, OH, passed away December 20, 2024, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late George T. Madix. Cherished mother of William Patrick (Anne) Madix, Jane (Dan) Morris, Paul (Cindy) Madix, and Theresa (Brian) Klein. Devoted grandmother of Michael, David (Amanda), Jennifer (Justin), Stephen(Brent), Brian (Karla), Lauren (Andrew), Kristopher, Nicholas, Matthew, and Sarah. Caring great grandmother of Cohen, Emma and Kendra.

Family and friends will be received Friday, January 10, 2025, from 9 AM to 10 AM, at St. Xavier Church, 611 Sycamore St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, where a Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 AM.
