Phyllis L. (Wallace) Patrick of Goshen TWP., Ohio. Born on February 11, 1950 in Goshen, Ohio. Went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the age of 64. Loving mother of Angela R. Martin and Jenacie E. Patrick. Proud grandmother of Kristen Martin, Lindsay Martin, John Martin Jr., Laura Martin, Jacob Martin and Sarah Martin. Dear sister of Velma Irwin, Mary Anderson, Bill Wallace, Gloria Meder, Sharon Hornsby, Wendy Rodgers, Janice Wallace and the late Thomas Wallace Jr. and Harry Wallace. Cherished daughter of the late Thomas H. and Lena (Miracle) Wallace. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Phyllis was an active member of the Goshen United Methodist Church. She was an excellent cook and had a servants heart. Friends will be received on Monday, July 14, from 6 PM - 8 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 11 AM at the Goshen United Methodist Church, 6710 Goshen Rd., Goshen, Ohio. Interment, Goshen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Phyllis Patrick Memorial Fund, c/o any US Bank location. Rev. Johnny Phillips Jr. and Pastor David Phaneuf will be the ministers for the service.
