Phyllis Jean (nee Brown) Kellum of Milford, OH, went home to be with Our Lord and Savior on November 4, 2025, at the age of 101. Phyllis was born on November 2, 1924, in Cincinnati, OH to Francis and Minnie Brown.

Phyllis was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Leon Kellum. Loving mother of Phyllis (Charles) Green and Philip (Karen) Kellum. Caring grandmother of Benjamin (Amy) Green II, Christopher (Jessica) Green, and Nathan Vincent Kellum. Proud great-grandmother of Benjamin "Trey" Green III and Thomas Green. Dear sister of the late Maxine Fisher and Martha Lou Perkins. Cherished daughter of the late Francis M. and Minnie A. (nee Hindman) Brown. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and many dear friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 8 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Rd., Evendale, OH. Pastor Mark Hollinger officiating. Everyone is to meet at Rest Haven Memorial Park by 11 AM on Saturday, November 8.
