Phyllis Ann Clark, 74, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2023 while surrounded by family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Jason (Virginia) Forbes; stepdaughter, Erin Clark; grandchildren, Ethan Reedy, Astrid Reedy, Carter Forbes, Julia Forbes, and Lorenzo Forbes; dear sister Maxine Willhite; nieces, April Hopper and Christi Sparks; and many extended family members and friends.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her daughter, Robyn Forbes; husband, Layman Clark; grandson, Ezra Forbes; nephew, Brian Long; and parents, Omer and Marion Sparks.

Phyllis was a graduate of Blanchester High School (1967), and a long-standing member of the Clinton County Community.

Family and friends will gather from 1-2pm on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Tufts Schildmeyer funeral home in Blanchester, Ohio.

Interment will take place at Clarksville Cemetery following the gathering.
