Loving wife of Louis W. Bourne. Beloved mother of Jerry Bourne and Cindy (Scott) Smith. Proud grandmother of Amanda, Jacob, and Andrew. Dear sister of Jane Ayres. Phyllis passed away Friday, June 25, 2010 at age 74. Memorial donation in memory of Phyllis may be directed to New Hope Baptist Church - Building Fund, 1401 Loveland Madeira Rd, Loveland, Ohio 45140.
