Obituary
Phyllis Ann Bills of Blanchester. Beloved wife for 53 years of Russell L. Bills, daughter of the late Frank and Ruth Keeton Reed, dear mother of Debbie (Kenny) Spurgeon, Kim (Denny) Ross, Jeff (Chandra) Bills, Jennifer (Bob) Brown, Tracy (Bobby) Huston, caring sister of Virginia Nicely and of the late Kay Smith, and loving grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Aug. 16, 2008 at age 68. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blanchester. Memorials may be made to the Clinton County Relay For Life.
