Phillip Lee West "Phil" of Goshen, OH was born November 12, 1951 to Paul and Vera (nee Roush) West and passed away February 17, 2020 at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Lynn (nee Copenhaver) West; children, Daniel West, Holly (Bryan) Hoffman, Chris West and Lisa West; grandchildren, Steven Paul Hoffman, Audrey Jean Hoffman and Cayden West; sisters, Bev Hale and Barb Lindsley; brother, Tim West; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Services will be held on Friday February 21, 2020 at 12 noon at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28 Goshen, OH 45122, where friends will be received from 10 am until time of service. Family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
