Phillip D. Wells, 78, of Lebanon, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 9, 2017. He was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in South Lebanon for many years. Phillip retired from the Ford Motor Company after 42 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and spending time with family. Phillip was the beloved husband of 60 years to Donna Sue Wells; loving mother of Tammy (Darrell) Petrey, Duane Wells, Andrea (Kevin) Henson; proud grandfather of Heather Petrey, Darrell (Danielle) Petrey, Dustin Petrey, Andrew Brewer, Alex Brewer, Ashlyn Brewer, Austin Wells, Amanda Yost, and Nick Yost; Great-grandfather of Sidney Petrey, Matthew Petrey, Karlee Petrey, Landon Golden, Mayzie Petrey; dear brother of Kay Terry, Esther Frye, and Doug Wells. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Anna Wells; daughter, Wendy Wells; brother, Bobby Satterthwaite. Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 5-7pm at First Baptist Church South Lebanon, 505 Mason Rd, South Lebanon, OH 45065. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the church. Interment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery, 171 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040.
