COSS, Phillip E. Sr. "Pec," 67, of Wheeling, WV, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 4, 2013. He was born on June 14, 1946, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Wesley George and Ola Coss. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, Carl Barnett, Gerald Barnett, Tony Coss and James Coss and one sister, Marlin Whitfield. Pec is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Shirley (Miscovich) Coss. Two loving children Phillip E. Coss Jr. (Melissa) and Holly Gordon (Kevin). Four cherished grandchildren Kristen, Danielle, J.P. and Gavin. One sister, Phyllis Conto (Gene) and one brother Wesley Coss. Also survived by his former daughter-in law and close friend Liz Finsley. He will be missed by his close friends and family at the Ohio County School System where he was a bus driver. There will be no visitation or services.
