Phillip A. Prather, 66, of Milford, passed away April 15, 2014. Phillip was the beloved husband of Carolyn Prather; loving father of Michelle Prather, Phillip Prather Jr., Jennifer Mitchell, Randy Wood, and Sarah King; caring grandfather of 14; brother of Richard Prather and Rhonda Lowry. He was preceded in death by his parents Beckham and Agatha (nee Steep) Prather. There will be a Celebration of Life service for Phillip, April 17, 2014, where friends can gather from 10AM to 12NOON with a funeral service that will start at NOON.
