Pauline Ward Ball Hazelwood, 87, of Amelia, Ohio, passed away on May 10, 2018. She was the beloved mother of Carolyn Middleton, Vicki Hawley, Peggy Cooley, Susan Ward, Pamela Bradshaw, John Ward, Helen Perry, Chris Childers, Joe Ward, and Lynn Page; loving grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of 31; dear sister of Oval Pennington, Allie Hamlin, Ada Staley, Russell Pennington, Omar Pennington, Roy Pennington, and Ray Pennington. Pauline was preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Ward, John Ball, and Larry Hazelwood; parents, Willard and Zelma Pennington. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
