Patricia Ann Penny, of Cincinnati, passed away February 18, 2017 at the age of 78. She is survived by her brothers Russell Penny and Denny Penny. Preceded in death by her parents Clement Penny and Florence Penny (nee Day)and by her brother Perry Penny. Friends will be received Thursday, February 23 from 10-11 AM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM.
