Patricia J. Diebel of Maineville. Beloved wife of 66 years to the late Charles Tufts Diebel. Patricia was a graduate of Western College for Women and earned her Master's Degree from the University of Cincinnati. She held a long career as an administrator with the Sycamore School District which included many fond and special years at the Maple Dale Elementary School. She had an adventurous spirit which led her and Charlie to many camping and fishing trips across the United States including Alaska starting with a fishing trip in Wisconsin for their honeymoon. She enjoyed spending time in the garden and many hours on needlework, including counted cross stitch projects for her many family members.

Loving mother of Katharine Carter (the late Steven), Charles (deceased) (Bess) Diebel, Nancy Escobar, and Robert K. Diebel (Tina). Cherished grandmother of Sara, Zach, Tyler, Chas, Mazie, Camilla, Judson, Jordan, Samuel, Noah, Gideon, Tucker, and the late Savanna. Great grandmother of Brooke, Theodore, and Abigail. Dear sister of Earl, Margaret, and the late Eleanor. Passed away December 15, 2023, at the age of 98.

A Private family burial was held at Maineville Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held on January 27, 2024 (3:00 - 5:00pm) at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati North - West Chester. Memorial donations, in Patricia's name, may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio or The National Park Foundation.
