Patricia C. Blackmer of Loveland, OH, passed away August 28, 2026, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Robert Merritt Blackmer. Cherished mother of Richard (Suzanne) Dieringer, Leanne (Gregory) Marshall, James (Kimberly) Dieringer, Randy (Melinda) Blackmer, Robert (the late Cindy) Blackmer, Kathryn (Timothy) Quinlan, and Ronald (Patricia) Blackmer. Devoted grandmother of Benjamin, Jason, Matthew, Daniel, Hannah, Rhoda, Nicole, Maeve, Shannon, Brendan, Colin, Grant, Ryan, Tyler, Kelsey, Cameron, Eric, Kyle, Maizie, Madelynn, Myles, and the late Timothy, Jr. "TJ". Loving great-grandmother of 15 great-grandchildren. Caring sister of the late Anne, Mary, and Joanie. Daughter of the late Frank and Cecilia Minjoe.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 10 AM to 11 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH 45140, where a service for Patricia will begin at 11 AM.
