Patricia Ellen Bentley of Midland, OH was born September 8, 1941 to Thomas and Mary (nee Freytag) Hatch and passed away at her home on Saturday March 10, 2018 at the age of 76. She was a 1959 graduate of Jefferson High School and married the love of her life Robert R. Bentley on August 30, 1959. Patricia "Patsy" was an employee of Blanchester Local Schools for 33 1/2 years. She retired as a bus driver in 2002, a bus trainer and O.A.P.S.E. President. Her hobbies included fishing, crocheting, cake decorating, gardening and bird watching. She was a kindred spirit with all animals and had a special bond and love for them. She is also survived by her daughters, Jacqueline A. (Steven) Collins and Tresa A. (Clay) Carman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Janet Jean (Richard) Lambert and a grandson Clint Curtis Carman. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday March 16, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH, where friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service. Interment Westboro I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Jefferson Twp. Cemetery.
