Loving wife of 41 years to Peter LaChapelle, loving mother of Suzanne M. LaChapelle, Renee K. LaChapelle, Nicole M. LaChapelle, very proud full time Grammy of Peter D. LaChapelle and Nicholas D. LaChapelle, dear sister of Joan M. Diehl. Preceded in death by her parents, Richard C. and Anna (nee Hopkins) VanArnam. Pat retired from University Hospital after more than 10 years of service, was a volunteer at Hospice of Cincinnati since 1989, and also was a member of St. Margaret of York Parish.
