Patricia Ann Jackson (nee Forbus) of Blanchester, OH was born May 26, 1941 to Oesper and Virginia (nee Schermer) Forbus and passed away March 7, 2018 at the age of 76. She is survived by her daughter Penny (Timothy) Rayburn; grandchildren, Jonathon Rayburn, Corey Rayburn and Jessica Rayburn; great-grandchildren, Haven Bankhead, Ginny Bankhead, Landon Rayburn and Lane Rayburn; a special friend Donald Bowen; and several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, John Forbus and Ronald Forbus and a sister, Beverly Brown. Services will be at 1 PM on Friday March 9, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 11 AM until time of service.
