Patricia A. (Lyons) Ledford passed away early Sunday morning, December 23, 2012. Preceded in death by her loving parents, Anne (Walker) & Paul Lyons, and her former husband, Stanage B. Ledford. Loving mother of Jane Zimmel, Terre (William) Stout, Sandy (Jeff) McVey & Davis (Cynthia) Ledford. Adored grandmother of Jessica ( Jeff) Holbrook, Douglas (Beth) Mace, Kenton ( Elizabeth) Stout, Elizabeth Ledford and Annamarie Ledford. Proud great-grandmother of Mackenzie Mace, Josephine Mace and Samantha Holbrook. Pat love music in all forms and was a long time member of of Christ's Church at Mason. She was an active volunteer in many community organizations. A memorial service is planned for January 5, 2013. Visitation is from 10:00- 11:00. A service will follow at 11:00, at the Christ's Church at Mason, 5165 Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio, 45040.
