Loving father of Mimi (late Patrick) Toomey, Lisa (Randy) Bryant and step-father of Willa (Patrick) Napolitana, Chuck (Beverly) Bunch and Ken (Lori) Bunch. Caring grandfather of Traci (Josh) DeBra, Christina (Tim) Hodge, Cassie (Todd) Bryant, Lindsey Gunn, Gunnar Bryant, Tommy Rodgers, Kimberly Gunn & Jason (Chloe) Bunch. Proud great-grandfather of 15. Dear brother of Roland Moore, Jewel Worley, Lois Thomas, Feryle Lawrence, Kenneth Moore, Barbara Westerfield and the late Raleigh Moore. Cherished son of the late Leander and Nora (Patton) Moore. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephew and many dear friends. Melvin dedicated his life to serving God, he served in the United States Navy during World War II and was the caring pastor for 40 years at First Church of Jesus Christ in Milford.
