Otto Fredrick (Fred) Klingman age 94 of Sharonville, passed away on February 17th, 2023. Fred was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Cecil Opal (Rusk) Klingman and Otto Carl Klingman. He married his beloved "Bright Star on a Dark Night", Joyce (Hall) on June 11th, 1954 in Vevay, Indiana. They were married for 65 years.

Fred retired as a Sr. Staff Engineer after 35 years at G.E. Aircraft Engines. He and his wife Joyce enjoyed traveling, attending auctions and were active members of their church. His greatest joy was routinely getting together with family. Fred's enthusiastic personality and sense of humor will be severely missed by all who knew him.

Fred is survived by his three daughters, Cynthia (the late Jeff) Evans of Loveland, Lynne Scott of Loveland, and Jennifer (Kevin) Scalf of West Chester and his seven grandchildren: Michelle (Kyle) Tansy, Julie Marie Scalf, Amanda (Ryan) Connair, Michael (Sarah) Evans, Matthew Scalf, Victoria Evans, Benjamin (Mackenzie) Scott, and three great-grandchildren: Lillian Tansy, Paxton Tansy, and Finley Otto Connair. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Nora Riekers, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Fred was proceeded in death by his wife, parents, and his sisters, Thelma Espeseth and Ann King.

The funeral service will be held at Grace Bible Presbyterian Church, 12060 Route 42 (Lebanon Rd.) Sharonville, Ohio 45241, Wednesday, February 22nd at 10:30 AM with Dr. Jason Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow at Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday, February 21st from 6-8 PM.
