Opal (nee Duffield) Taulbee of Newtonsville, OH, passed peacefully on November 15, 2025, at the age of 93. Opal was born on October 24, 1932, in Middlesboro, KY to William and Pearl Duffield.

Opal was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth "Ken" Earl Taulbee. Loving mother of Betty Greynolds, Barbara Johnson and the late David Settles, Elmer Settles, Kim Brown, Kenny Taulbee and Kathy Taulbee. Proud grandmother of many grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Lawson, Alberta Warwick, Juanita Marlow, Leonard Duffield, William D. Duffield, Betty Ann Singleton, Jerry Standifer and the late Beulah Morgan, LeRoy Duffield, Freddie Wayne Duffield. Cherished daughter of the late William and Pearl (nee Miller) Duffield. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Friends will be received from 10 AM to 12 Noon on Monday, November 24 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 12 Noon on Monday. The interment will take place at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH.
