Obituary
Jack Phelps of Milford. Loving husband of Irvina Rose "Vinnie" Phelps, and caring brother of Enos Phelps and Debbie Spiller. Feb. 3, 2007 at age 69. Jack served in he U.S Air Force. He was the Pastor of the Mt. Repose Church of God, and the vice president of the Full Gospel Business Mens Fellowship.
