Norman Gene St. John of Blanchester, OH. Born March 8, 1935 in Rockcastle Co, KY to the late Arthur and Mamie Alice (nee Bradley) St. John and passed away November 14, 2012 in Montgomery, OH at Bethesda North Hospital at the age of 77. He was the loving husband of 57 years to Bernice (nee Dozier) St. John; dear father of Donny (Renee), Darrell (Kathy) Rick (Deirdre), Jeff (Renee) , Brian (Natashua) St. John, Karen Smith, Brenda Oberlee, Amanda (Josh) Campbell and the late Roger St. John; proud grandfather of 32 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; beloved brother of Carl St. John, Fay Dalton, Jim St. John, and the late David St. John and the late Linda Diffendal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Gene was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Pleasant Plain, OH, an avid Bengals Fan, played guitar and liked to sing. He also enjoyed collecting antique miniature cars. He retired after 37 years from Curless Printing Friends will be received from 6-8 PM Friday November 16, 2012 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, OH 45107, where services will be held at 11 AM Saturday November 17, 2012 also at the funeral home, with Pastor Ken Castle officiating.
