Nicholas Brian Lee Roberts "Nick" of Middletown. Passed away suddenly on Sunday October 9, 2016 at the age of 27. Nick is survived by his girlfriend Erica Loy. Daughters, Rylee Rae Henderson and Avery Grace Roberts. Parents, Jenny Paytes Roberts and the late Kevin Ray Roberts. Sisters, April Louise Farmer, Christina Nicole Roberts and Carlie Anna Mae Treat. Grandparents, Charles Roberts and the late Gloria Roberts, Margaret Paytes and the late Donald Paytes Sr. Nick is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends and family will be received on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 12 noon until 2 PM at the Christian Nation Church 7478 St. Rt 28 Pleasant Plain, Oh 45162, where services will be held at 2 PM.
