Nathaniel Joe Parson of Middlesboro, KY. Former husband of Mary A. Mullins, loving father of Allison (David) Kimmel, Mark (Robin) Parson, and Bruce (Carmen) Parsons, caring brother of Wendel Parson and of the late Eddie Parson, and proud grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Feb. 1, 2007 at age 58. Joe served in the U.S. Army.
