Beloved niece of Donna Fossier, Linda (Sonny) Snell, Romie (Barry) Atwood, Tom (Sarah) Duncan, Carolyn (Mike) Eaton, Michelle (Ken) Johnson, Janie (Bill) Bailey, Debbie (John) Abner, Wayman Duncan, Tim (Liz) Duncan, and the late Charles, Eddie, and Donny Duncan. She is also survived by many cousins, friends and neighbors, and her precious dog Angel. Suddenly, February 13, 2007 at the age of 9. Natalie was an active Girl Scout with Troop # 8258, and was a fourth grader at McCormick Elementary.
