Nancy Ann (nee Hattan) Miller of Loveland was born October 18, 1936, in Adams County to Wilbur and Dorothy Hattan and went to be with the Lord on November 24, 2021, at the age of 85. Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, William H. Miller; son, Tod Miller; son, Tim (Victoria Richardson) Miller; daughter, Lynn (Tim) Downey; 6 grandchildren, Karle (Ryan) Waters, Dereck (Jennifer) Miller, Ashley (Shane) Funk, Jamie Downey, Rachel Downey and Lauren Downey; and 7 great-grandchildren: Layla, Delilah, Easton, Gavin, Lily, Shane, and Gannon. She is also survived by two sisters, Rebecca Andrews and Ruth (Gary) Newtson. Nancy earned her Educational BS Degree from Miami University and Masters Degree from Xavier University. She taught first and third grade for Loveland City Schools for 30 years, a profession she truly loved. She was a long standing member of Loveland Presbyterian Church where she served as Elder, Deacon, choir member, plus served countless Thanksgiving dinners with her "Golden Oldies" friends. She is preceded by her parents, Wilbur and Dorothy Hattan of Adams County; sisters, Beverly and Susan (Harper); brothers, Edward and James Robert Hattan. A memorial service celebrating Nancy's life will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, Dec. 11, at Loveland Presbyterian Church - 6796 Loveland Miamiville Rd. Loveland Ohio Memorial donations may be made in memory of Nancy Miller to American Heart Association, Queen City Hospice or Loveland Presbyterian Church.
