Beloved husband of Thelma Mae (nee Mc Cartt) Frazier, loving father of Cindy Worley, Brenda (Denny) Ratliff, and of the late Hastel West, dear brother of Norma Weber, caring grandfather of Heather (Jeff) Quick, Douglas West, Robert West, Matthew Ratliff, Lindsey Ratliff, Jade Worley, and great grandson Jacob West, and uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Thursday Oct. 21, 2004 at age 73. Memorials to Vitas-Hospice, 11500 Northlake Dr. Suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
