Loving mother of Wayne Armstrong, Robert "Buddy" Philpot, Douglas Armstrong, John L Philpot, Patty Radloff, Annette "Sissy" Cook and the late RoseMary Berling. Proud grandmother of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Gillie Harris and Sally Jenkins. Cherished daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (nee Eaton) Blair. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 17, 5 PM - 8 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will be on Friday, May 18, 10 AM.
