Millard Allen age 78, was born in Clay County, Kentucky and was a lifelong resident of Warren County, Ohio. Mr. Allen passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Bethesda North Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucian and Minnie Allen, and two brothers, Ralph Allen; Winton Allen; and two sisters Edna Hazelwood; Betsy Lee Pennington. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carol Sue; one brother Wesley (Kathy) Allen ; two sisters Margaret (Chris) Curtis, and Jesse Vickers; one brother-in-law Jim Hazelwood, three sons, Paul Allen; Duane Allen; Stephen Allen; and one daughter Melissa (Roger) Wainscott. Ten grandchildren Kiley, Aubrey, Chris, Trevor, Eric, Johnathan, Tosha, Savannah, Brooke, and Dustin. Thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Family and friends will be received from 5-8 PM on Monday, February 14, 2022 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 15. Interment Maineville Cemetery.
