Daughter of the late Edwin and Ella Elam Herbert. Loving mother of Kathy Hatfield, Julie Cox, Jeanne (Dan) Rahn, Vivien Gurley, and Angela McLaughlin. Proud Grandmother of 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Dear sister of James D. (Doris) Herbert, and Albert "Sonny" (Sharon) Herbert.
