Michael Williams of Williamsburg, OH, formerly of Goshen, OH., went home to be with Our Lord and Savior on August 23, 2026, at the age of 68. Michael was born on January 20, 1958, in Cincinnati, OH. 

Michael was the loving and devoted father of Michael (Mandy) Williams and Melissa (Christopher) Sims, proud and caring grandpa of McKinley and McCoy Williams, dear brother of Daniel (Judy) Williams, Carol (Dan) Smallwood, Greg (Arnouse) Williams, and Darrell Williams, cherished son of the late James Bradford and Rose (nee Lageman) Williams. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. 

Michael graduated from Goshen High School in 1976. Michael had a deep love for cars and enjoyed spending weekends watching NASCAR. A true sports enthusiast, he dedicated many years to coaching football and positively impacting the lives of young athletes. He was an avid fisherman who found peace and joy in the outdoors. Above all else, Michael's greatest passion was spending quality time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and happiness. 

Friends will be received from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, August 27 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin on Thursday at 7 PM.
