Mike Forlines of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away June 28, 2026, at the age of 79. Mike loves God and the Son Jesus Christ and now is with Them in Heaven. Mike was a member of St. Gertrude’s Church in Madeira since 1963. Cherished brother of Patricia (Les) Hughes, Tom (Cynthia) Forlines, Dave Forlines, Rick Forlines, and Terri Forlines. Caring uncle of Ragen (Butch) Breen, Matthew Forlines, Jeremy (Heather) Forlines, Andrew (Melina) Forlines, Christopher (Zainab) Forlines, Casey Cox, Nick Cox. Beloved son of the late Thomas Joseph and Harriet Ann Forlines.
