Michael Ray Dixon, 72, of Clarksville, Ohio, passed away on December 24, 2022, in Milford, Ohio.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Michael never met a stranger and made friends wherever he visited. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. Michael liked being outdoors, working on his farm and tending to his garden. Horses and dogs were his favorite animals, especially his four-legged companion, Ike. He loved his dog.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Deborah Dixon; son, Darrell M. Dixon; parents, Howard Dixon and Elsie Dixon; sister, Donna Dixon; brother, David Dixon.

Michael is survived by his granddaughter, Lela Lynn Dixon; four brothers, Howard C. (Gwen) Dixon, Gordon (Fran) Dixon, John Dixon, and Gary (Wanda) Dixon; one sister, Debbie (Chuck) Reeder; stepmom, Ruby Dixon; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 12pm on Monday, January 2, 2023, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home-Blanchester, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville, Ohio.
