Dear brother of Barbara Bowman, Sharon Thornton, James Dailey and the late Cathy Skiles. Dearest son-in-law of Elizabeth Libbey. US Army Veteran. Passed away November 9, 2023, at the age of 60.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, November 29 at 1 PM at Dayton National Cemetery.
