Melva "Jean" (nee Docter)Rhude, of Morrow, OH, passed away on Saturday July 14, 2012 at the age of 72. She was born April 8, 2012 to the late Frederick "Fred" and Gladys Bernice (nee Henselman) Docter. Jean was the loving wife of 55 years to Bruce L. Rhude; dear mother of Deanna Panetta, Linda (Dennis) Workman, Tina Link and Bryan Rhude; proud grandmother of Nicole Bales, Jason Bales, Kristina Bales, Derek Wallace, Devon Wallace and Heather Jones; great grandmother of Noah Wallace, Kendall Wallace, Addisyn Wallace, Parker Wallace, Peyton Wallace, Porter Wallace, Riley Jones and Colton Jones; beloved sister of Dorothy White, Robert "Bob" Docter, Helen Richardson, Burdette Docter, Lawrence Docter and the late Charles Docter, Betty Beaver, Harold Docter and Shirley Jordan. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Friday July 20, 2012 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107 where friends will be received from 1 PM until time of service. Interment Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
