Melinda C. Weitlauf, 56, of Williamsburg, OH passed away on February 26, 2016. She was the beloved wife of Nicholas Weitlauf; loving mother of Leann Moore, Joseph Mojica, and Michael Loudermilk; daughter of Darlene Hartzog; step-mother of Kelly Weitlauf, Kristine Weitlauf, Nick Weitlauf, and Michael Weitlauf; proud grandmother of Caitlin, Christian, and Chase; great-grandmother of Nyah Sluder; dear sister of Jeff Fairbanks and Dawn Baird. Melinda was preceded in death by her father, Roy Fairbanks; brother, Shawn Hartzog. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 7pm at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 SR 28, Goshen, OH 45122, where friends will be received from 5pm until time of service.
