Mary Ruth Kilgore (nee Adams) was born September 24, 1933 to William and Stella Mae (nee Woodall) Adams and passed away October 18, 2020 at the age of 87. She worked most of her life as a nurse's aid and loved her grandchildren. She Is survived by her children, Mary Ann Kilgore, Beverly Helton, Dennis Kilgore, Danny Kilgore, Melissa Zistler, Kathy Duncanson, Jeff Kilgore, Lori Fick and John Kilgore; 39 grandchildren, and 52 great grandchildren; a brother John Adams; and sister, Patricia Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Kilgore II; sons, Floyd Kilgore III "Jr." and Gary Kilgore; a daughter, Cindy Kilgore; brothers, Hershal "Bill" Adams, Ivan Adams and Ervin Adams; sisters, Zelpha Behrendt, Carole Parker and Dena Sapp. Friends will be received from 3-4 PM on Saturday October 24, 2020 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N.
