Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Barbara Carter Johnson and the late James L. Carter. Cherished daughter of the late James T. and Thelma (nee Scott) Carter. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Rev.
