Mary Margaret Grote, age 70, of Maineville, Ohio, passed away on August 30, 2018. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Mary was born on March 6, 1948 in Flint, Michigan to the late Virginia and Benjamin Johnston. Mary was devoted to her children and loved her family very much. She had a heart for serving others and did so throughout her life. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years William, and their children Patrick (Missy), Kelly (Jeff), brothers and sisters Benjamin (Bonnie), Debbie, Ruth (Gary), David (d) (Mary Ann) and grandchildren David (d), Cassie, Joshua, Keegan, Lauren, Shannon and Thomas. In addition, she is survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and a host of long-time friends. The Funeral will be held Friday, September 7, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic church, 8815 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. The Visitation will be at 9:00 AM followed by the Rite of Christian Burial at 10:00am. The family will greet guests at a reception in the church fellowship hall following the Mass.
