Mary Kathleen (nee Thacker) Banks of Goshen, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on December 22, 2021 at the age of 92. Born on July 14, 1929 in Canada, KY. Beloved wife of the late L. Frank Banks. Loving mother of Rhonda (Danny) Frye, Tom (Barb) Banks and the late Franklin Banks, Dave Banks, Steve Banks. Caring grandmother of Lynn Rohrer and Danielle Frye. Proud great-grandmother of Gracie, Briar and Audrey Rohrer and Addison Frye. Dear sister of the late Eugene Thacker, Ruth Edminston, Marie Kirby, Lester Thacker, Opa Thacker, John Thacker, Ida Church, Albert Thacker, Irvine Thacker and Everett Thacker. Cherished daughter of the late Willie and Katharine (nee Blackburn) Thacker. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 28 from 9 AM to 10 AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, where services will begin at 10 AM. Masks and social distancing will be required. Interment, Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH. Chaplain Bill Oehler of Sem Haven will be the minister for Mary's services.
