Marvin J. Renner, born on July 27, 1975, in Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on July 10, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Marvin grew up enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, where fishing became one of his most cherished pastimes. His passion for the natural world extended beyond recreation, he was an outdoorsman at heart, with a survivalist’s adaptability and a constant curiosity for learning the ways of the wild. Marvin also found peace and joy in the world of music, skillfully playing the guitar. Drawing was yet another creative outlet for Marvin, and many remember him for his artistic talents.

He is survived by his daughters, Kali Renner and Shelbi Renner; parents, Diana Tell and Russell (Diane) Renner, Jr.; siblings, Mandee (Keith) Graves, Russell (Dawn) Renner, and Steven Renner; stepbrother, Ricky Armstrong; along with numerous friends and loved ones.

Marvin is preceded in death by his stepfather, Martin Tell.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The funeral service will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 12 PM until the time of service.

Interment will take place at Blanchester Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
